Students on this list are those who have(had) academic debts from the previous semester. All these students are to report to the Dekanat this week to your Vice Dean to get a Dopusk to clear these debts.

However, this is not an updated list, if you have already cleared your academic debts, please proceed to Room 4 to Olga Konstantinovna with your zachut book, so that the list could be updated.

Students with academic debts are hereby warned, that failure to report to the Dekanat might result in an inclusion to the Expel List. 

The updated list when available, will be put up here along with the subjects the student is pending.

About 85 of the foreigners staying in Dom 35 will be relocated to Dom 39. This would mean that any rooms that have any vacancies will have to house the students being relocated. Please take note and don’t be surprised if someone new comes knocking at your door.

1) Visa Renewal

There’s a change in the visa renewal procedures. If you come back to Moscow a few days before your visa expires, please renew it as soon as possible in room no.9.

Refer to the list of names pasted on the 1st floor.Don’t forget to bring your documents:

-Xerox copy of passport (Front Page), Visa, Immigration slip, page with the stamp of your last entry to Moscow and registration slip.

-2 black and white passport sized photos (3x4cm)

-The paid kvitansia (Receipt slip)

-Copy of contract

-Tuition Fee receipt from Moslanka

However,if you come back much earlier before your visa expires :

eg: date of arrival -30th August

visa expiry date- 20th September

Please go to the dekanat WITHIN 3 days of arrival,and pass up these documents:

-1 copy of passport and visa

-1 copy of migration card

-1 photo (3×4 cm) colour/b&w

You will fill out 2 forms provided by the staff in room no. 9 and receive a "napravlenie" .You will then have to come back and renew your visa a day or 2 before expiry date (refer to list of 1st floor).

2) Registration

If you haven’t given your name and details to your group leaders for Moslanka registration,please come to 7-02 (big room) starting Wednesday ,(25th August) from 8pm-9pm and give us your dates.

3) Fee Payment

Students who are planning to send your TT’s from Moscow, please take note that you can only pay in USD, not Roubles. The standard rate they’re using are 1USD to 29 Roubles.

There is still no news on hostel fees, so hang tight.

Below you will find the updated procedures for visa renewal:

If your visa expires before the 25th of September, you should:

1) Go to room No. 9 in the Dekanat

2) Collect The Receipt (Kvitansia) and pay the amount via a bank.

3) Bring the receipt along with the following documents:

-Xerox copy of passport (Front Page), Visa, Immigration slip, page with the stamp of your last entry to Moscow and registration slip.

In the event your visa expires after the 25th of September, you should go to the dekanat within 3 days of arrival in Moscow and collect your registration papers. If you do not wish to renew your visa till it is much closer to the date of expiry, bring along these documents:

- 1 copy of passport and visa

- 1 copy of migration card

-1 photo (3×4 cm) colour/b&w

You will have to fill out 2 forms which will be provided by the staff in room no. 9. Finally the staff will give you a spravka for you to hold on till you renew your visa.

Our university library has just announced the new timetable for students to borrow books for the upcoming autumn semester of the 2010/11 academic session. The following is the timetable for foreign students:-

Students, who are unable to borrow books on time, are allowed to borrow books starting from 21^st September.

The working hours of the library are 10.30 a.m.–5.00p.m, Monday through Friday.

Students, who registered at the library before (2^nd year and onwards), are required to bring along:-

a) Student card (студенческий билет)

b) Library card (читательский билет)

For new 1^st year students, the following are required for registration:-

a) Passport

b) Student card (студенческий билет)

c) 3cm x 4cm photograph

All students are advised to bring a big plastic bag along to carry the books.

Note: Students who do not return previously borrowed books shall NOT be allowed to borrow new books. Defaulters may be fined at the discretion of the library staff. It is your responsibility you take care and return the books you borrow from the library in a timely fashion.

Part 1

1. Will the Ministry of Health (MOH) impose a freeze on new medical programs in Malaysia?
2. What are the common shortcomings or problems of housemen particularly foreign medical graduates in your point of view?
3. Will there be enough places for proper housemenship training for the new medical graduates in Malaysia in the near future at the current rate of production?

Part 2

1. A question regarding the proposal by MMC for a common medical examination for foreign medical graduates prior to being allowed to do housemanship in Malaysia.
2. Question regarding the recognition of post graduate qualifications from India by the Ministry of Health Malaysia and MMC.

The gist of the videos are about housemanship in Malaysia. A licensing exam is in the works even for graduates from recognized universities, albeit it may take time to be imposed and enforced fully.

Here’s a useful checklist you could utilize prior to flying back to ensure you have everything ready for the upcoming academic session.

1) Medical Check Up – including Hepatitis B & C, HIV, Tuberculosis and Syphilis

2) Check your Flight Ticket Confirmation

3) Check Visa – If you are applying for a new entry visa, collect the completed Visa

4) Check Passport – If you are applying for a new passport, collect it and apply for the new Visa.

5) Pay Fees – If you are paying your tuition fees from Malaysia, email your T.T. Slip with your particulars to rgmu@mmaweb.ru or katrinity@inbox.ru  .

NOTE: Students who have done their medical check up in Moscow for the practicals are not required to re-do their medical check up.
