Did you even read what you wrote? It's ridiculous to say that because you can no longer bribe that we've taken a step backwards. And all the additional sweet vocabulary was also not needed to pass along your message.

This is good in terms of security though a bit troublesome for you. Recently, the rector wrote a prikaz stating that all students residing in studgorodok can enter each others' hostel with a simple show of their propusk, but this plan immediately went bad when some russians from dom 41 play acted as policemen and asked students for money. Though those students were caught and sent to the rector, the hostel admin wants to ensure nothing of that sort happens again.

On behalf of RMSA, I have spoken to the director as we will indeed request freedom of entrance for our 15th floor Dom 35 residents, and once completed (if successful) all of you probably will be given a temporary propusk for this purpose. However, it will only be valid for day visits to dom 39 and not for over-night (unless if you choose to pay via the normal method). I will inform Chai what to do, and he will inform you guys when there is an update.

About you coming by for drinks, by law they shouldn't even allow you in. You realize that RSMU hostels are supposed to be alcohol-free zones.

ok its not a bribe, it is more of a present for the guards,alcohol free zone,,,its joke i see? and when the dorms really become an alcohol free zone , i only have one thing to say , i predict a riot- i mean you got to be kidding when you say its an alcohol free zone. anyways at least make the whole system of bringing in guest easier, and what if the guests aren't from rsmu but from other universities in moscow, because i have seen foreigners bringing in their friends.

Anyway this is just in.. The director agreed that all Malaysian from Dorm 35 can enter dorm 39 as and when they want without being invites from a 39 resident. the visiting hours is from morning till 10 in the night.this is solely for academic purpose and probably other activities and not for 'Tani' sections.
For your information, i was caught drinking "A" (1) bottle of beer on the 1st floor and my friend's propusk was confiscated and we have to meet the director.hahaha.Noob.
Anyway for all dorm 35 resident to enter just dive your propusk and say that you're from Malaysia.the guard will then check a list to confirm that you're from Malaysia and living in dorm 35.then you may enter.visiting hours is strictly till 10pm.
Please we aware that this is a priority given only to Malaysians.so please be thankful and not miss use this opportunity.haha.

Hey Guys,

Not being able to bribe the guards is a GOOD thing. I doubt anyone of you would know about "Artium", the russian taxi hawk-mafia guy who used to roam our hostels and 'own' this place. He used to threaten students to use his service. Stuff like that. He even managed some contacts within our student community and was seen drinking/chilling in our hostel. And yes, the guards were bribed to let him enter.

He has threatened students of our Msian body 3-4 yrs ago. He has been caught for fighting with our senior students 4-5yrs ago. I could go on about this, but I'm sure you see my point. Finally, his downfall.. He was caught by the FSB outside dom39 for possesion of narcotics and meth.

When you bribe the guards and bring in outside friends, you not only compromise your safety but the safety of others too. Food for thought.

An Alcohol free zone = riot. One of life's biggest irony. Only in Russia

That aside.

As Chai has mentioned earlier, Msian students from dom35 can now freely enter dom39 by just showing your propusk to the okrana downstairs. Give them a 1 min to cross-check your propusk with their list and it would be fine. Please respect the visiting hours, the Director has advised me to tell you guys that if you infringe the rules, we might lose this privilage.

Edit: Drink as much as you want in the hostel (rules are meant to be broken). Just don't go on a drunken frenzy, shouting in the corridors about how big your balls are and how putin is your *****. Enough of these shit from Russians, don't need Malaysian shit.
